DESIGNED FOR TOMORROW

We approach every aspect of Pianomation with with the goal of supplying its owners with a lifetime of enjoyment. After nearly a century in the business of music technology, we know its wise to take the long view. That's why Pianomation is built to adapt. As home entertainment technology evolves, Pianomation can evolve with it, retaining its cutting-edge performance advantages and ensuring that your investment is secure.

A. No Spring Required
Eliminates the potential for clicking.
Eliminates variable plunger throw, thus allowing us to deliver and control the key for the exact expression required.
Eliminates potential damage to the plunger when installing the action into the piano after service.

B. Plunger Throw Adjustment
A must for precision allocation of expression. Guaranteeing 128 levels of expression.

C. Solenoids
Fully encased solenoid with a unique metal alloy inner sleeve specially designed for Pianomation. Built to hold tolerances in the toughest of commercial applications and environments. Hence, no mechanical deformation or noise is possible, even in continuous nonstop operation.

D. Solenoid Plungers
Teflon impregnated plungers eliminate the potential for corrosion, are non-sticking, and self lubricating.

E. Felted Key-tail
Quiet strike and release. Eliminates the potential for worn out plunger tips and knocking sound.

This kind of flexibility is virtually impossible to achieve with our systems, but it's fundamental to Pianomation. The result is a system that's so advanced, it's simple.

Piano Outlet is known nationally as being one of the premier locations installing the latest in CD Player Piano systems. As seen here keybeds are removed from pianos and the solenoid slot is cut on the bench rather than on the piano to assure an accurate cut. Inaccuracy will lead to problems like noise, stuck plungers and double notes. Many installers will "skip" removing the keybed in favor of cutting the slot on the piano which although will save time most always leads to problems later. Here a Yamaha 6'7" is shown without the keybed.

Here is shown the Mute Rail installed on the action. This will enable one to practice without disturbing others. The metal rail is engaged to stop the hammers from hitting the strings.

Here the keybed is shown having the all important slot cut, Bridges of wood are left at the "breaks" in order to keep rigidity. This can't be done if the slot is cut ON the piano.
